    This woman is a disgrace to society.  If you can't take care of your animals......find a home for them.  DON'T JUST DUMP THEM INTO THE STREET!!!

    Where did this happen? I hope they caught her and punished her for this!!! It's not that hard to go to a shelter where at least the poor thing would be safe if you had no other alternative.
