In Fergie's lyrics:
Fergalicious:
Fergalicious [so delicious]
But I ain't promiscuous
--Obviously referring to Nelly Furtado [her song being Promiscuous]
She also says in her new song with Daddy Yankee called Impacto:
I ain't promiscuous, I'm the realest chick in this. I'm a pull your wig back!
--Again referring to Promiscuous
What we can conclude from this- one of two things: Either 1. Nelly has been calling Fergie promiscuous from the start or 2. Nelly sang about herself and Fergie is saying shes nothing like Nelly. ALSO: If anyone saw the teen choice awards last year, after Nelly sang Promiscuous she said after accepting the award: GIRLS IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO BE PROMISCUOUS!
Also note in London Bridge by Fergie the lyrics say:
I'm Fergie Ferg, and me love you long time.
Now to the Furtado lyrics:
In Maneater Nelly states:
Because she says she'll love you, love you, long time.
--Referring to Fergie in her song London Bridge
NOW. I've cleared all that. It's your decision. Who's lyrics are justified? Who started it? THe world may never know. =]

Olivia
