HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY MY DEAR THE BEST is yet to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't know if you'll actually get this, but i am the winner of your contest who is not able to go. i wrote the name poem trying to convince you to be my friend (and im HONORED that i was accepted) and i was freaking out when i found out i won the contest.

unfortunately, i had no idea that you had to be 21 or older to get into the club that you're playing at in NYC, and im only 15 (almost 16)so i had to give up my prize. i've never been so devestated in my life. i seriously don't know a better music artist, and i was so honored that i was the chosen winner to see you. if there is any, any , ANY possible way YOUR HIGHNESS can somehow get me into this concert, or any other one, i would probably be the happiest sophmore in the whole world. if not, i am still one of your BIGGEST fans, and i will always LOVE your music! thanks for everything you do!

Oh where to begin...

My mom is THE biggest Madonna fan- let's put it this way, I came out of the womb knowing the lyrics to "Material Girl". She has yet to miss a concert. She has every Madonna album and single EVER released. She collects her books, has old 80's concert t-shirts that she won't let anyone ever wear, AND has Madonna ringtones. She listens to Madonna so much, that my four year old brother knows the words to "Holiday". Shes kept the Life magazine that featured Madonna on the cover since 1986- in mint condition. I even dressed up as Madonna- blonde wig, crusifix and all- for Halloween one year. She got the special edition Madonna wine for her birthday. But I would LOVE for my mom to go to see Madonna in Manhattan, espcially since her new album comes out on her birthday, April 29- that would be the greatest birthday present.

I've seen you three times in concert...twice in Detroit, (you can see me in a cowboy hat on the DVD during La Isla Bonita) and once in Chicago in '06. I don't need to see you in NYC...I WANT to see you in NYC!

As everyone else below, I've been a fan of yours since I could jam to material girl with my friends after school when I was wee. You've been an icon even before that and my dad is indeed your biggest fan. He came over a few months ago with your new CD and we watched the entire collection of your concerts. He's very dedicated and has been since as long as I can remember. My fiance picks on me whenever I tell him that my dad loves your music, but now the tables have turned since my dad is now converting him because of your new single. Anyhow, it would mean a lot to me if my dad could go to the concert because he also is very ill with diabetes and I'm sure it would perk up his life.
