Good luck to everyone in Chicago competing in the Triathlon tomorrow! (8/24/08)  Six months after the birth of her twins, Jennifer Lopez  is looking great and in shape!  She must be feeling just as good as she looks, because she'll be competing in her very first triathlon September 14th in Malibu, Californina.  Watch her talk about it with her trainers:

I was one of the judges this year for choosing our 2008 Luvabulls. I thought the first cuts a couple of weeks ago were hard. NOT as hard as it was 2 nights ago when we had to make the final cuts. Props to all the beautiful and talented ladies that auditioned. It's not easy coming out and being judged! That being said, I'm pleased to show you our new 2008 Luvabulls!!!

Rihanna has sparked rumors she is engaged to R&B singer Chris Brown after she was photographed wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger.

The beauty has been romantically linked to Brown for months, but both singers have continually denied they are a couple, despite being snapped in public kissing and cuddling.

The pair stepped up speculation about their relationship last week when they were snapped frolicking in a hot tub together in Los Angeles.

And now Rihanna has fueled rumors that they are to walk down the aisle after she was snapped sporting a ring on her left hand.

One of my closest friends in the world got married this past Saturday. We've been friends for 24 years! Congrats to Liz and Dan who are in Barbados on their honeymoon at the moment! The rumor mill has been circulating lately with stories of an alleged affair between Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz. The rumors are even going as far as to say their relationship is what caused the break up of Mr. & Mrs Swizz. Now, word on the street is that Swizz has actually gotten Alicia pregnant.

MediaTakeOut.com is reporting the alleged conception, saying that the source is someone "within Alicia Keys' inner circle." "They're saying that she's decided to take a year off starting in [the fall] for ‘personal reasons'...," the source allegedly told the internet gossip giant. "No one has the [guts] to ask about it. We'll all know soon enough."

At press time, neither Keys nor Swizz had offered any comment or acknowledgement of the rumor.

Janet Jackson announced her ‘Rock With You‘ tour after a seven year hiatus.  She has setup a separate phone number for her fans to call her and tell her what songs will they like to listen while she's on the stage.

"Our first show is September 10. And I've set up a number for fans to call in and to leave what old/new songs you'd like to hear [at the concert]. The number's 323-622-8139. Give me a call and let me know!"

jury has acquitted R&B superstar R. Kelly on all counts at his child pornography trial.
  
The verdict came six years after the singer was first charged
with appearing on a graphic videotape with a girl prosecutors said
was as young as 13 at the time.

Both Kelly and the now 23-year-old alleged victim had denied
they were on the tape. Neither testified during the trial.

The prosecution's star witness was a woman who said she engaged
in three-way sex with Kelly and the girl prosecutors said was on
the tape. Defense attorneys argued the man on the tape didn't have
a large mole on his back and Kelly does.

The singer had faced 15 years in prison.
