I watched my grandmother fight to stay alive last winter because she thought the Cubs could go the World Series. She died at the age of 93. She lived for this team. I could remember back when I was a kid she would have on her Cub floppy hat and scream at the t.v. She actually died waiting to see the Cubs win the World Series. This women live a pretty good life, nice and long, and a loving family. The only regret she had when she was dieing is that she never got to see her Cubbies win it all. So here I am at the age of 44 taking over grandmas passion knowing that one day I will see our team win if not I will like my grandma die trying.
